✅ Take 5-10 minutes to take a step back, breathe, and calm yourself - your family gets whatever you have. If you’re at your limit, you won’t have enough to give.
✅ Ask the Lord for His peace - His peace surpasses all understanding. When you’ve had enough, He is enough.

Being a mom of 7, I have little to no time for dilly-dally. I notice that when I’m not in the Word and reflecting on it, even for just a few moments, I reach my wits end real quick. Of course I’d love more time to spend with my devotions and Bible study, but if I take at least 5-minutes everyday, that’s enough to get me through.
